I completed my undergraduate studies in Biological Sciences at the University of Campania "Luigi Vanvitelli" (Italy), then moved to the University of Trieste (Italy) to complete my Master's degree in Functional Genomics. I carried out an experimental Master's thesis, under Prof. Gabriele Grassi mentorship, investigating the therapeutic potential of new isopeptidase inhibitors against ovarian carcinoma. With the aim to deepen my knowledge in ubiquitin-mediated protein degradation pathway, I joined Dr. Yogesh Kulathu's lab for a 6 months internship
