We are thrilled to announce that the latest generation of cellenONE X1Neo is being installed at the MRC PPU, UoD SLS. This platform enables us to perform miniaturized end-to-end sample preparation workflows for single cell and spatial proteomic analysis combined with Ultra-sensitive tims-TOF SCP and Orbitrap Astral mass spectrometers. This is a collaboration effort between UK-DRI Proteomics platform and MRC PPU. Once the platform is established will be open for wider scientific community within UoD SLS and other institutes.
