As a recent graduate from the undergraduate program of Bsc Medical Sciences in the University of Dundee, I have decided to take my learning to another level continuing my studies with the Masters in Research program. Where I will be looking into the role that mitochondria play on the regulation of the intestinal immune system, specifically intra-epithelial lymphocytes. I pride myself in my part time work as a care assistant and fundraising to provide water and sanitation in Kenya with DigDeep. In my spare time I also do Karate, Archery, aerial dancing, learning mandarin, and play the flute. An interesting fact about myself would be that I am an avid beginner orchid collector.
