I’m a third-year student studying Biomedical Science BSc (Hons) at the University of Dundee. I have joined the Swatek Lab at the MRC PPU for a summer research scholarship to develop assays to monitor post-translational modifications in conjugated ISG15. I am keen on investigating these modifications upon interferon stimulation.

I am particularly interested in gaining an understanding about the cellular roles of ISG15 and the mechanisms through which it impacts the host antiviral response.

Outside the lab, I am a keen classical and electric guitarist and I love traveling, going hiking, reading and playing badminton.
