I joined the Sammler lab as part of the LITE project in 2025 as a research technician to help with efforts to identify critical biomarkers for testing LRRK2-targeted therapies in clinical trials.

Prior to beginning work here, I completed my PhD at the University of Manchester investigating Age-Related Macular Degeneration attempting to understand the biomolecular processes occurring at the early stages of the disease. I also worked as a research technician at the Biomolecular Analysis Core Facility at the University of Manchester.
