I joined the Unit in March 2015 as a postdoctoral researcher. My goal is to investigate the role of salt-inducible kinase (SIK) signalling in macrophages.
Prior to moving to Dundee, I obtained my PhD from The Babraham Institute, Cambridge (England) in the lab of Dr Simon Cook, for research on the role of extracellular signal-regulated kinase 1/2 (ERK1/2) in the response to endoplasmic reticulum stress, with a focus on cell death following chronic stress.
