I am a Biomedical sciences student at the University of Dundee, with a passion to study translational neuroscience mainly keen in researching about neurodegenerative diseases. I will be joining the Dario Alessi lab as an SLS intern. I am from India, my home being in Kolkata. I look forward to growing my knowledge of LRRK2 mutaions through biomedical techniques over this summer and acquire more knowledge about the role of RILP1 and effector protein and understand it importance in lysophagy. Some of my hobbies include cooking, playing the guitar and watching cricket.
