I started my Postdoc in Prof Alessi's lab in March 2023. My project involves working in collaboration with the Drug Discovery Unit in the School of Life Sciences to produce and validate a type II kinase inhibitor that is potent and specific towards Leucine-Rich Repeat Kinase 2.

Prior to this, I also obtained my PhD from the Alessi lab, with the title of my thesis being 'Investigating the function and regulation of Leucine-Rich Repeat Kinase 1 (LRRK1).
