My project looks at investigating the role of LRRK2 at the lysosome, in particular the molecular mechanisms behind LRRK2's involvement in lysosomal stress responses and the link this may have to Parkinson's Disease pathogenesis.

Prior to starting my PhD in Professor Alessi's lab I completed an Integrated Masters in Advanced Biological Sciences at the University of Liverpool.
