I have worked as a pediatrician specialized in infectious and immune diseases, and in parallel carried out several scientific works. I obtained PhD by clinical analysis of congenital Cytomegalovirus infection, and studied for septic pathogenesis of neonatal Herpes Simplex Virus infection.

Aiming to gain scientific insights, I joined this lab in May 2015 after obtaining Uehara Memorial Research Fellowship in Japan. My project is to find the role of ABIN2 in innate immunity.
