I joined the Swatek group in 2026, working on a project focused on the ISGylation pathway with a particular interest in understanding species-specific differences in signalling.

Prior to joining, I completed my undergraduate at the University of Cambridge, with my final year project in the Coleman/Murray lab looking at miRNA replenishment in germ cell tumours. I also interned in the Dev lab, Early Cancer Institute, Cambridge, where I developed DNA methylation analytical pipelines for liquid biopsy-based prostate cancer detection.
