I joined the lab of Prof. Dario Alessi in September 2017, on a 4-year Ph.D. program funded by Parkinson’s UK. My research is focused on investigating the physiological relevance of Rab29 as an upstream regulator of LRRK2 activity using genetic mouse models, and identifying stimuli that activate the LRRK2 pathway.

Prior to starting at the PPU, I obtained my bachelor's degree in Neuroscience at the University of California, Los Angeles (UCLA) and worked as a research assistant at the Parkinson’s Institute in Sunnyvale, California.
