I obtained my PhD in Biochemistry from the University of Paris Diderot-Paris 7 in 2006. I then moved to the MRC CSC in London where I showed that Mcm2-7 is loaded as a double hexamer on dsDNA during the initiation of DNA replication in yeast. In October 2011 I joined Karim's lab first in Manchester then Dundee to study how the replisome interacts with chromatin.
