I joined the Sapkota lab in March 2019 as an ERASMUS exchange student. The aim of my project is to investigate the role of FAM83D and CK1α in mitosis.

Before joining the Sapkota lab, I obtained a Bachelor’s degree in Pharmaceutical Biotechnology at the University of Biberach, Germany. Currently I am pursuing my Masters in Pharmaceutical Biotechnology at the University of Ulm. During my Bachelor’s thesis at the University Medical Centre Hamburg-Eppendorf, I gained my first insights into the tremendous area of cell signalling and phosphorylation in cancer, which I now want to expand in more detail.
